Your coaching needs are unique to you, use your time to work on issues you feel are important. Through coaching you get to know yourself
in a deeper level. Unlike counseling, everyone can benefit from coaching; you are the expert on your life, as a result, you dictate
your coaching agenda. Your coach is your partner and guide, not your teacher. I am there to help you discover yourself and what you
need to do to make successful changes in your life. I do not have answers; I have the questions so you can find the answers. My goal
is to help you find your strengths allowing you to make positive changes. You can expect to participate in various exercises and conversations
focused on learning more about yourself and what you need to do to reach your goals. I often give my clients reading assignments and
"homework" to do in between sessions. You do what you feel will work for you.
Judi provides 'life coaching' to suit your needs. She is trained as a life and business coach, but her heart lies in helping those
who have faced some of the situations that she has lived with.
She specializes in providing
'Family Development Coaching' for
those dealing with relationships, family issues and various situations tied to infertility, adoption, treatment options, living
child-free, raising a child with special needs, or trying to conceive.
Judi also specializes in providing
'Grief Recovery Coaching' for
those who are dealing with any of the above, the loss of a job, death of a friend or family member, divorce, relationships, pets or
something that is important to you .

The coaching process begins with an initial free 15-minute session. No risk, no cost, what more could you ask for? At the completion
of this meeting an intake package, with a coaching agreement and questions to answer about yourself and your coaching agenda, is provided
to you. The first session will often last about one ½ to two hours; if possible it is carried out in person at the office, your home
or a coffee shop. Regular coaching is than usually scheduled three or four times per month for 30, 45 or 60 minute intervals. Coaching
is an investment of your time, energy and money, you can stay with me as long as you feel you are getting value out of the coaching.
Fees are individual and vary according to the frequency and length of coaching sessions (discounts are available for packages and
advance payments). We schedule based on your needs and adjust price packages accordingly, some people want one session, others may
stay with a coach for months or even years. Some executive clients hire a coach to be available when they have a challenge to discuss
and there is no predetermined timetable.
Prices vary depending on coaching packages, type of coaching, etc. Coaching is offered, one-on-one,
Tele conferencing, group seminars, speaking engagements, etc. Consulting fees vary depending on services provided.
