What should you look for in a coach?
You need to determine if your coach understands you and is really listening to what
you say. Make sure that your prospective coach asks you what your goals are and does not set goals for you. This is about you,
and your agenda, not the coach’s agenda.
Let your coach know.
You can often tell, in one phone session, if the coach is
a good fit for you. I prefer one-on-one - face-to-face meetings, but most coaching sessions occur over the phone. This allows
you, and your coach, to be any place at any time.
Your coaching can occur individually, in small groups, as seminars or
in group conference calls. Your coach can be thousands of miles away or living next door, location really does not matter. Many coaches
will coach completely over the Internet. It depends on your needs and location. It allows you access to the coach that best suits
your needs and not what ever happens to be in your area.
When you set up that initial appointment, make sure you have a list
of questions you would like to have answered. To contact Ontario Life and Business Coaching, please click 'Ontario Life and Business
